What is the right NEXT move? | A Note To Your Present Self

If something happened today that you feel like all is lost and that you are failing so bad – this is a note to read to yourself. Whether you have just broken up, didn’t get accepted to the college you want, were told you will never succeed, did not get that pay raise, are having trouble finding a new opportunity, aren’t seeing the money grow in the bank, or just feel lost and confused — read the below aloud. Don’t trap yourself with your inner critic telling you all these negative thoughts because you “can’t get there” or “it’s impossible to reach that goal.”

You are so strong and trust me – I was there too.

3 years ago, I stumbled on this video of Oprah talking to college students (even though I wasn’t a student at a time). And she just spoke to me. She mapped me a framework for me to lift myself up upon and move forward. She made it very clear that I can’t dwell on what I imagined my life should be. I had to take action. So what was my next right move? Leaving my business and young adult life behind and moving back from Australia to America where my family is.

Now it’s your turn. Read the below, and I hope you find strength and feel empowered to make your next right move.

What is the right NEXT move?

You know your life is bigger than that one moment.

You are not defined by what somebody says is a failure for you.

Because failure is just there to point you in another direction.

When you perceive choice, you perceive motivation.

All of us have a limited time here.

The real question is, who are you and what do you want to do with it?

How are you going to use who you are and align your personality with your purpose?

Answer this and nobody will be able to touch you.

Work on yourself
Fill yourself up
And keep your cup full.

Nurture yourself.
Honor yourself.

There are no mistakes.
No such thing as failure.

It’s helping you to move in another direction.

What is your right NEXT move?
