A common dish found in Korean cuisine, Soybean Beansprout Soup, is pronounced Kongnamul Guk 콩나물국. We make this a few times a month to eat together with L.A. Kalbi, kimchi and other side dishes (banchan). Eating bean sprouts is packed with nutrients and has several health benefits.
