Doenjang Jjigae 된장찌개 or also known as Korean Fermented Soybean Paste Stew is not only a staple in Korean cuisine, it’s a staple in our household too. It’s rich with nutrients and easy to eat as a leftover too.

I like my doenjang jjigae a bit spicier because my Mom is from Jeonju, South Korea and the cooking style is a lot more fragrant and just tastier.
